Shipping

Unfortunately, we don’t. We only offer delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched. We will send a tracking code link to the email you provided us. Using this link, you can get the detailed information regarding the location of your order.

Most orders typically take 1-6 business days to arrive. However, there are sometimes delays with the delivery network. You can find more tailored delivery times here on the AusPost website.

While we have found AusPost reliable, we have also found that sometimes the packages are miss handled. We try to prevent the mishandling of fragile items with large fragile stickers to warn the couriers of delicate items. In the rare occurrence you do receive your order damaged, just reach out to us by email or live chat (both can be found in the menu at the top of this page), provide us with a photo of the damaged items, and we will have a replacement shipped out to you.

Just reach out to us by email or live chat (both can be found in the menu at the top of this page). We will then provide you with a return shipping label. Using the provided label, you then send the items back to us. Once we have received the items back, we will then ensure all items have been returned and are in the condition we sent them in. Once all of the items are accounted for, we will issue a refund for the total purchase price minus the processing fees and the return shipping label.

Once we have lodged a case, we will contact you with an update. We will take care of all communication with AusPost. In the rare occurrence that this does happen, most orders are delivered within 1-2 days of opening a case.

Most of the time this usually happens when AusPost leaves your order in a safe place. Please check your mailbox and around the house for the package. If you are still unable to find your package, just reach out to us by email or live chat (both can be found in the menu at the top of this page) and we will lodge a case with AusPost. Once we have lodged a case, we will contact you with an update. We will take care of all communication with AusPost. But it’s most likely in the mailbox 😊

We use AusPost to ship all our orders as we have found them the most reliable.

We dispatch orders Mon-Fri and typically have orders dispatched within 1-3 business days of the order being placed.
