What You Need to Know

At Harwood's Garden Supplies, we keep shipping simple and stress-free:

  • Free Shipping Australia-Wide: We offer free tracked shipping on all orders to any state in Australia
  • Nationwide Service: We ship ALL of our products to all states and territories in Australia
  • Australia Post Only: We exclusively use Australia Post for all our deliveries
  • Fast Dispatch: All orders are dispatched within 24 hours
  • Full Tracking: Every order includes tracking, and you'll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched
  • Delivery Issues? If there are any delivery problems (wrong address, excessive delivery times), we'll handle all communication with Australia Post
  • Damage Protection: If your order is damaged during transit, we'll replace the damaged items and ship them to you again, completely free of charge

1 While we endeavour to meet this timetable, the actual delivery speed will depend on where in each state/territory the item is being posted from/to, and the level of congestion in our delivery network at the relevant time. All delivery times are based on the number of business days items take to arrive following the day of posting.


The Legal Details

1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

2. Delivery Terms

2.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 7 days

2.2 International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping. We only ship within Australia.

2.3 Change of Delivery Address

We can change the delivery address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

2.4 Items Out Of Stock

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you immediately and provide you with the following options:

  1. Cancel your entire order with a full refund
  2. Receive a refund for the out-of-stock item(s) and have the in-stock items dispatched immediately
  3. Wait for the out-of-stock item(s) to become available and have your complete order dispatched together
  4. Have in-stock items dispatched immediately, and receive the out-of-stock item(s) in a separate shipment once available (at no additional cost)

3. Tracking & Insurance

  • All parcels are tracked and insured for loss and damage
  • Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link to follow your shipment's progress
  • For parcels damaged in transit, please contact our customer service immediately
  • For lost parcels, we will process a refund or replacement once Australia Post has completed its investigation (no additional cost to you)
