Pure camellia (tsubaki) oil from Kurobara Honpo of Tokyo, pressed and bottled in Japan the same way it has been for over 80 years. The traditional oil used by Japanese craftsmen to protect fine steel, from sword blades to bonsai shears.
A few drops wiped over your tools after use leaves a light film that blocks moisture and stops rust before it starts. The oil is light, odourless and non-gumming, safe on trees, and food-safe.
How to use
Wipe tools clean of sap, apply a few drops to a cloth and rub over the blades and hinges. Ideal for carbon steel shears, concave cutters and knob cutters, and equally good on kitchen knives and woodworking tools.
